Should you be in a predicament whereby you cannot get to the school on time, please inform us.

Snack box:
The parents should pack a healthy snack box every day. Beverages must be packed in a container that closes securely.
Marking of property:
Please mark all articles of clothing, school bags and lunch containers with your child’s name!
Theme tables:
For this we will need some assistance from you. Please help your little one find pictures and other materials relating to our theme for the week and send them to school on a Monday.
You will find a list of the term’s themes in your little one’s communication book .
Your rubbish:
Remember, your rubbish is our treasure!
Please collect and sanitize all your rubbish for us; toilet roll tubes, egg cartons, tooth paste boxes, cereal boxes, etc.

Also, we require that all our children bring sunhats to school. Please label your child’s hat.
LOST PROPERTY will be left in a box in the foyer at the entrance on Fridays. Please take time to go through and claim any property that belongs to your child. All items not collected will be donated to a charity of choice.
Parents, please note that we do all we can to take care of your child’s property; however it is not one of the easiest tasks. Please assist us by labelling /mark your entire child’s property.

UPDATE OF RECORDS
Please assist us to update our records by filling in new forms with attached indemnity forms. Please note that the prompt return of these forms is essential for the wellbeing of your child. In the case of an emergency it is vital that we have the correct contact details of the parent.
Also, please note that by stipulation of the law, we can not take your child to a doctor or hospital without the permission of the parent. Thus, we urge all parents to please keep their cell phones on at all times in case we need to contact you in case of an emergency.
